In August, Jamie Oliver and Alex James presented The Big Feastival, a celebration of amazing food and top-notch music which took place at a breath-taking farm in the Cotswolds.
It was here that we set up our stand and served our delicious macarons to everyone from self-proclaimed foodies, to macaron munchers to those who had never tried a macaron in their lives, but thought that the colours looked nice!
Our head chef, Audrey, was also given a chance to demonstrate her macaron making process in her "Ganache Macaron Masterclass." It was an amazing success, and definitely worth the trip!
