For the National Wedding Show, we set ourselves the challenge of creating a bespoke macaron wedding dress inspired by the Queen of indulgence and luxury herself, Marie Antoinette.
What started off as an empty mannequin is now a beautiful and detailed work of art, standing at 150cm with the diameter of the dress reaching 183cm. The dress holds over 9,000 macarons and 450 hand-made sugar paste roses. The team at Ganache Macaron, in collaboration with Tasha Krestova, put more than 600 hours into the creation of this masterpiece.
