We are excited to confirm that we will be exhibiting at this year's London Coffee Festival, from April 3rd to April 6th, 2014. This yearly event celebrates London's unique and vibrant coffee culture; bringing together the finest coffee and gourmet food producers, alongside inspirational fashion and design as well as live music. The event will take place in East London's Brick Lane, at the Old Truman Brewery. If you haven't had a chance to try our macarons yet, this is a perfect opportunity to sample some of our best selling flavours, and maybe some coffee-inspired creations. Tickets can be purchased here, for all of the London Coffee Festival sessions. We really hope to see you at our stand, CF8, in the Chocolate Factory/ Tea Garden area.
It feels like it has been ages since our last Ganache Macaron competition. Although. to be exact, our last competition was during Taste of Christmas, back in November. But, we're well into the New Year now, so we are happy to present our latest competition to WIN two places in one of our macaron baking classes.
We very much look forward to hearing your ideas and choosing one lucky winner!

Wedding Palette Inspiration from LFW
For many brides and grooms to be, chosing a colour scheme or theme is one of the first steps in planning the perfect wedding. Having a colour scheme in mind helps brides and grooms begin to envision the details of their wedding. It also gives them more of a focus as to what they need to source for their wedding day; whether that's decor, desserts or bridal accessories.
Colour Palettes for Autumn & Winter 2014 Weddings-
From the first three days of London Fashion Week, we are starting to see a trend of pairing bright oranges and yellows with monochrome, greys and neutral shades, to create a great POP of colour. People generally tend to go for darker shades and more neutral tones for events during the colder months. But, LFW shows us that it's OKAY to go bright and bold, even in the Autumn and Winter months.
Here are some colour palette examples from the Topshop Unique and Preen by Thornton Bregazzi catwalks.
